I’m still missing a vital piece of info: VP$IP (you can play fairly loose and still be <25%). And I’m not sure this is the place to discuss this.
However, assuming the figures you’ve posted are for all hands in PT, I can tell you don’t have enough hands to take any change like the one that bothered you seriously. A jump from <7.0 to 8.5 would indicate that. The larger the number of hands, the harder it would be to make a distinctive change.
Unless, of course, you’ve been raising every single hand PF, which I doubt. You’ve already realized the futility of raising to get people out, and I have a feeling you haven’t subscribed to the Mike Caro theory as yet.
