Reasonable depends entirely on your style of play. For most people, anything above 2 is reasonable. You're betting twice as much as you're calling, and that's good. However, the second winningest players in my database has Post Flop Aggression of only 1.4. The winningest player (aside from myself) has 3.5.
Pre-flop numbers again depend on your style of play. For most players, this is WAY below 1 (that winning player mentioned above with 1.4 post flop has only a 0.07 pre-flop aggression factor). The winningest player in my database (other than myself), has only 0.85 pre-flop. The two players with the highest pre-flop numbers (again, other than myself) are two of the losingest players in my database, both having dropped hundreds ... they have Pre-flop numbers of 1.02 and 1.94.
All that said, my numbers look very different. I'm much more agressive than most any player you'll find though. However, my winrate is also double that of the NEXT winningest player. My style requires all three facits of poker to be working very well though, and it is certainly not for the faint of heart.
