I currently manually search for the players at my table and make this note myself. If the player has selected hide from search, I then scroll through all the tables (only Limit I'm playing at the time) and find them this way. I also note that they are hiding. There are of course player name changes, same player on a different Skin and other issues to contend with. The stats will take care of themselves the primary purpose is to merely identify them. Knowing a player is a Multi-Tabler has become valuable information for me since; a lot of them have a common style. Now when I open a table and see more than 2, It’s time go else where. Do not misunderstand me I do not dislike or think something is wrong about Multi-Tablers because, the complete opposite is true. I envy the talent, skill and brain power it takes to do this. I just want to make sure I’m not helping pay their expenses that’s all. I just want to know when they are present.
I also fully realize that every Multi-Tabler is not a world class player that is going to bust me out. Actually they tend to play a more tight game which is also another good reason to identify them. Ever been a really tight table? Next time, before you leave search for players and I will guarantee you that there are 3 or more Multi-Tablers seated. If you are using Poker Tracker you can cut and paste the names for the whole table without typing at all and be done in less than 2 minutes.Statistics: Posted by tmiwhatever — Mon Jan 02, 2006 2:54 pm
