It really depends a lot on how the game is playing imo. Full pot may sometimes have a chance of a caller from behind simply because it looks rather bluffy.
On the other hand, there's the question of what he can possibly put you on. You look very drawy the way the hand is played. He might think you're on flush draw with overpair... (?) If the seems likely, I'd go with full pot in the hope that he might call with AA.
Or you could have something like 4567, but that would make you stronger than your actual hand.
I guess my main question would be whether you think there's any real chance that you're behind here. I personally can hardly see JJ checking that river, but it's possible for a tricky opponent. This guy looks more to me like someone inclined to overplay his overpairs. If that's the case, I'd go either with pot (if I had done this sometime recently with a draw or something less than super-strong) or maybe with $80 or so.
If there's a real chance you're beat, I'd go with checking.
