It doesn't look like anyone has top set, but people do the strangest things with small sets, and SB could have 33 here. I think MP has a combination hand, maybe something like AK45 or A456. His small flop bet seems either a feeler or a pot builder. If it was a feeler (with a small set or 2pr) then he got his information and would have folded to the raise.
In these cases I always conclude that SB cannot have a set since it they should make the decision push/fold on the flop. But then they always turn out to have a set...
I think I play it the same way and later curse the SB with his 33. But I think you can also take a more passive line; after the flop it's clear that they're not going anywhere, and it's unclear if your top two is good. About 1/4th of the deck is bad news for you, but you're last to act on the river, so if a 5 comes you can safely fold to a large bet. So I guess it's not that bad of a line to check behind on the turn, since partly you're drawing and as for the made hands it's a WA?WB situation...
