i was probably a little bit loose out of the small blind. i was completing anything that had nut high potential because there were villains who would pay off (e.g., sets on flush boards, 2pr on str8 boards, etc.).
when i reviewed the session, it was really just a case of being mostly flop dead and getting no action when i hit.
this was at a $50 table, and after the two quarterings, i lost about $5 on four pots. everything else was $2 or less. the biggest pot i won was $4.50. i showed down janky hands twice for $3 or so, and then the rest were not shown down and netted $3 or less each.
the amazing thing is that the pot average was over $20 for pretty much the whole time, and sometimes it was over $30. chips were flying, just not when i was involved.
oh well, i've been running hot the past week other than that table, so i can't complain.
thanks for the comments... the 25% number is a good fundamental rule.Statistics: Posted by Kuso — Mon May 08, 2006 7:26 am
