To go broke here would be really bad (unless you have a read that you're playing a real clueless LAG donk) so if you would perhaps you need to re-evaluate that.
In a deeper stacked game, especially, you need to be careful not to reopen the pot with a nut flush if you think an opponent with a lower flush is less than likely to call and if there's a straight flush possibility on board. It really sucks to then get re-raised for 300BBs or something. But you can save yourself some chips in smaller stacked games too, once it's been raised and re-raised, especially if you (as he was here) are up against a tight player and have both the nut and 2nd nut flush covered.Statistics: Posted by Felonius_Monk — Fri Jun 23, 2006 1:23 am
