He could have a straight but if you've seen him bluffing before (or even if you haven't but have a strong sniff he's a loose cannon, as his preflop performance would suggest) it's definitely time to take a look with top two. That turn check, river bet is fishy as hell. If he has the straight thank him kindly for his charitable free card and make sure you make your boat with it next time
