Still, 99QA is pretty much on the rear end of high only hands; seriously, there's not too many flops that you're delighted with with this hand - you hit almost the perfct flop here and you're still an underdog to anyone who has ANY flush draw and ANY low draw. If the board isn't showing a low draw, your 99 isn't going to be the nuts as there'll be a potential higher set and possibly a big straight or straight draw on board with you holding the ass-end set. All in all I'm pretty sure if you're playing this hand for a RAISE, OUT OF POSITION, that would indicate to me that you're limping well over 50% of hands.
