It doesn't play that great especially against a multi-way field so even in position it's tough to play and, if you have a slight edge preflop, I think you're better off exploiting it by raising if you want to play. Personally I'd lean towards a fold but I'm not convinced there's too much difference either way.
Flop is a bit opponent specific but if he's aggressive it seems you're probably ahead here. Given the assumption that you are ahead, I think pushing is probably better than calling (he may shut down anyway if he doesn't have a hand, so you probably won't lose much in that case, but you may make him incorrectly fold a hand that includes, say, a T high flush draw).
