I have a question ... and especially for those such as Felonious and Stoneberg who are pretty experienced with this sort of thing. My question is 2 parts ...
Background: I'm watching a player who's strategy is this:
PFR: 29%
Flop Strategy: Bet the Pot if checked to / Fold if re-raised (other than when he has it)
It's obviously frustrating to play against this guy ... but I have to say that he's successful just through sheer aggression. My PT stats are pretty low sample size right now as I just had to reset everything .... but that's basically it.
The thing is ... he is very loose aggressive ... but he never takes it far enough to wipe himself out ... and when someone does play back at him ... he'll either fold early as possible ... or stack you.
So the questions are: 1) Is this a good strategy at micro-limit? He's one of the top winners that I can see
2) How do you defend against this type of player? I came back at him with AAxx twice and lost both stacks ... hard to instill fear and respect with that kind of performance
Anyway ... any ideas on this would be helpful
