The turn bet is a pretty big warning, a lot of tighter players will shut down when faced with a top board pairing after a flop call.
It's really, really hard not to put your money in here - he doesn't need a lesser hand very often for you to show a profit, given your low, straight and probable full house draw.
BTW, I hate calling the flop, especially for a gangster such as yourself. So many turns are going to suck, and you won't know what to do. The is a perfect spot for a pot sized check raise. If you're not man enough to do it, then do yourself a favor and fold the JT34 even when you're in the BB.
