I wasn't even really considering the question you asked ... more the pre-flop implications. After reading Aisthesis's post, and re-reading your question ... where your dillemma is, I would definitely call. What does a 1%PFR guy have on this flop? AATT? Highly unlikely. Even better would be a wrap that hit his ten. Anything other than a set will become nervous about you calling. Knowing that, you can narrow down the hand further based on turn/river actions, and most likely push him off his hand with a good turn bet. (either that or at least chop the pot AA/AA a good amount of the time.)
