I wouldn't be scared by the Q on the turn at all and there is NO WAY you can get away from this - the way you've played the hand, any boat could be raising the river. Even if we just narrow it down to KQ or QQ, the KQ is twice as likely (there are two combinations of KQ and only one combo to make QQ) and will play it the same, so it's +EV to get it all in. QQ is also likely to raise on the flop so KQ looks more likely anyhow. That's not even CONSIDERING Qx for a low boat, which is a possible hand here for a player at this level to be getting aggressive.
