There's already well over $4000 in the pot, you have $4000 left and the blind bets $2000 into it - costs you $4000 to go all-in and you stand to win a $12,000+ pot. You're highly unlikely to be up against a set here, against anything else it's hard to be too far below even money. You'll also be winning quite often, say, against A2 who's made a pair of kings on the side or something. I don't see the point of saving your last $4000 after you raised it up $2000 and hit your flop, even in a situation where you're on the bubble.
