I'd say as a beginning player you'll find life a lot easier if you dump most/all of those hands in EP. I think AQJ9 is way too much to fold in any spot, same as maybe A567ss. A234ss and 899J are prob marginal in LP if you're confident you can reach the flop for a limp. 3578 is very dodgy but can be nicely disguised, so i wouldn't mind you occasionally taking a flop with it cheap in LP. In general though, you make the post flop game easier by restricting your marginal hands preflop.
