J and the T might just make higher straights, so although I think they'll win it for you, you can't be sure in what is likely to be a multiway pot. Otherwise, K, 8, 7 and 5 are nut cards for you. I think you want to keep it cheap right now against the fish at this level, and let in further callers. If anyone raises, you have enough outs to make a call, but right now I don't see much reason to raise. At a higher level, a raise may remove players with similar draws (giving you additional equity) and may even fold a player with two pair, giving you some fold equity. At PLO25 I can't see you winning it here and now, and I don't see any problem with letting in a caller or two to swell the pot when your draw is so strong. A raise is not bad but I think it's not really necessary here.
If you had your monster draw on the flop, you could consider raising whilst it's still cheap to do so, perhaps getting some opponents out of the pot, but again I think that unless you honestly believe you might be able to fold your opponent, you may as well call.
