It covers hold'em, omaha and seven card stud. Admittedly I have not read the bits apart from holdem, but it is quite simply monumentally absorbing and one of the most intensely informative books I've read.
Both limit and pot/no limit holdem are covered, with strategy tips (from preflop to the river) stemming from all the combinations of probabilities, with implied and pot odds more than adequately covered, too.
It is a dense book and not immensely easy to read. I have digested it a few times (and will do a few more) and compacted it into my own abbreviated notes for better quick reference.
If you do buy it (oh dear, here it comes) you lovely BTPers might see your way to clicking through to Amazon via us..
But regardless of all that business, I genuinesly felt compelled to recommend it.Statistics: Posted by tetsuo — Tue Dec 28, 2004 6:36 pm
