Your PF raise does not necessarily indicate huge strength. He may know that you are a good player, and good players will make that move with air sometimes in an attempt to isolate the limper and then bet any flop if it checks to them, hoping to take it down right there. I would have check-raised you on the flop if I were him. When you three-bet, I start to give you credit for a hand, but I will call the bet in a 10SB pot.
The turn gives him alot of outs if he is behind, check calling for a [edit] 4.75BB pot is the correct play.
