First I got set over settted on another table, then I misplayed trips (should have folded) and then this beauty came. All three hands against the same Mr. Neverfold, so don't wonder I push an overpair.
Hand1.
I got KK, in the SB and reraise to 18 an early position raiser, Neverfold calls in BB (he has only 100), flop comes Q high, I pot it, he calls, turn is J, I put the rest in he calls with QJo. Fine.
Hand2. I raise UTG with QQ, Neverfold calls along with 1 other caller, flop comes 752, I CB 3/4 of the pot, Neverfold raises me big, I push he calls with 76o, river is, of course, a 6. So now he got 400.
Hand3. I limp with QTo OTB after 2 limpers, flop comes QT3 rainbow, Neverfold overbets the pot like x2, I raise him big like his raise x3, he calls. Turn an A; he checkraises me, here I felt that I got screwed, but the pot odds were like 1:3, so I called, he shows ATo.
I left after that hand as I felt that tilt was coming.
A nice 5 buy-ins downswing in a session.
P.S. And yes, I think that I misplayed the third hand against him, should have checked the turn.Statistics: Posted by Zmej — Tue Sep 26, 2006 5:23 am
