AJs vs KQ. Board is KKQTx giving KQ the nut full and AJs the royal. Are you not going broke there with KQ?

This is mine. Open raise small in EP and he calls with 43s in LP, which I think is reasonable. Flop is A56s and I make a CB. He calls with his straight draw, which I once again think is perfectly reasonable since he can either beat my AK/AA with a sneaky straight or rep the flush if it hits. Turn is a 9, I check and he checks, river is a 7. I push, he thinks forever and calls. I happened to have T8s for the stone cold nuts here but I can't really blame him for calling.

QQ vs AKs. AK raises, QQ re-raises and AK flat calls. Post flop wasn't brilliantly played but they were both short-ish and the pot is big so...
I didn't see anyone call off their stack with TPNK or go all-in with middle-pair. I only saw tight, solid ABC play. It's beatable, either by good LAG or just TAG with better post flop play, but Phil Ivey couldn't get a 15bb/100 against this crowd.Statistics: Posted by Stoneburg — Sat Mar 03, 2007 9:24 am
