My stack: $140; opponent: $100.
Opponent has joined table about three orbits ago. I have seen him raise twice, once with QQ and once with JTs.
I have JJ UTG and limp in. A couple of callers, and opponent (button) makes it $5. Folded to me, and I call (pot about $13).
Flop: 29T rainbow. I check, opponent bets $5. This seems weak to me, so I checkraise to $15. Opponent calls. At this point I'm confused. I checkraised to find out where I'm at, but what does this call tell me? What do you put my opponent on and what does he put me on?
Turn is a 7, no flush draw possible. Now what? Pot is $43. I bet out $30, and he flat calls.
River: Q. I check, opponent checks and takes the pot with AA.
I do regret my turn bet, but I sensed weakness and thought I could represent a strong hand. Probably better to check the turn? How much would you call there? Should I try to bluff the river?
