You raise to $11 on the flop, he pushes, you call. That is pretty much how the action should have gone. You can represent you have TPTK and he can push thinking he is way ahead.
50 hands isn't enough for me to have an accurate AF, although it sure tells you that he probably wasn't going to bet the hand for you...Also, he had only raised once in 50 hands which might say he only raises with big overpairs...I would rather trust PFR over a short sample than AF, but that is just me(he did almost pot bet that turn into you which says he does have some aggression).

I was not sure if I should reraise in this situation. My initial plan was to call the bet representing a flush draw. Then if the turn was not a heart, I thought villian would raise, and I could move in on him. This way villian would be more commited to the pot.
