I'd like it slightly better if the board paired actually.Of course you're right that he's weak, and I'd be tempted to do the same, but my experience is that it is rare for it to work. When they bet the whole way it's too much of an adjustment for them to go to fold. They need to stop by the "call" station before proceeding to "fold".

J with a higher kicker also unlikely so a bluff is the most likely. If you had an image of being a losing player however that could have just hit his 2 pair or something through bad play i would consider folding but i would say i would be calling this be

With your bluff, if I'm villain...well if I'm villain I'm not in that position with QJ. But if I'm villain with AQ and I think I was ahead on the turn, I still believe I am ahead on the river. There's nothing that 2 did for you. And you had to runner runner the straight AND do it with the 4. I just don't see it.
Now if you bluffed me on the turn...I'm gone.

I certainly don't put you on any kind of set or two pair because you are going to raise me at some point.
If that was my first ever hand at the table against that type of betting pattern I would assume you are trying to raise me off what you read as a my busted flush draw, so I would probably call with TPTK quite happily, I mean, what can you have?
It looks like the typical, call, call, bluff on possible scare card / busted flush/straight draw that people do all the time.
Without a read I hate it, against a rock I love it.
