With that said, I think his check raise is a little ugly, so I expect his range of hands to include sets, but to also include A9, TT, JJ,.88, 66, 89, and probably some other things I haven't thought of. He didn't raise it preflop, so we're not crediting him with KK or AA here.
Against a half stack when you've got a good overpair, I don't think you can lay down to that board.
