At 6max OTB, if you are going to play QTs in a limped pot, RAISE IT.
Could you elaborate a bit?
The problem with raise is that a lot of players play shortstacked, one of the limpers had about 25BB, so if I raise to 6 and he calls (he can have something like AT easily, even AQ), now if I hit TP I am not sure where I am, and if I miss a CB is not a very good idea against short stacks, as they tend to check raise AI with any piece of flop.
While if I limp I play QTs as a one gaper connector, just like 97s, so I can play postflop with more space for maneaveur even against a shortstack.Statistics: Posted by Zmej — Mon Jun 19, 2006 1:28 pm
