With regards to your late position play, I would be careful open raising low Axs and low PPs from the CO and Button. At NL25 you are more likely to get callers and you could be in a world of hurt if you don't play correctly post flop. This is where you are going to have to start making notes on players and going with reads.
If I'm sat to the right of 2 or 3 loose players, I'm not going to raise it up with these kind of hands because I know they're probably going to play back with any piece of the board if I don't hit and I don't want to start playing big pots with these guys with nada. Here I guess you're looking to open raise A9+ and 77+.
If I'm on the right of 2 or 3 tight players then I'm raising a wide range of hands (sometimes any 2) mainly just to pick the blinds and if called a CB will usually take it down.
Out of the blinds, I would also raise it up with TT-QQ
