This guy is a really strong player. I may have more hands with him than anyone else on the site. I am up a considerable amount of money against him, largely due to running well, not really outplaying (although I think I have an edge against him). We have a lot of mutual respect for each other's game, but we hardly shy away from playing pots with each other. Obviously the raise to $140 is what I percieved to be a misclick (it was), so I shoved. In retrospect, I think just calling would be a fuck of a lot more scary to him, and likely to get me fold equity on the turn (I would check the flop, he would poop himself and check behind and pray for a miracle against my OBVIOUS AA or KK, then I'd pick up the pot on the turn, I imagine). So all in all, do we like/dislike the push? How about my call and take a flop and scare him shitless line?
This guy is a 29/14 and seems ok (this was a few days ago so I don't remember much more than his stats). I thought briefly about folding but obviously didn't. It seems like he's probably pretty likely to have AA, although recently I've seen a LOT more people flat calling the 2nd or 3rd raise with AA and KK. Everyone insta-call this?
