On the turn you have to dump it. You're 20% to make your hand and you're putting in 30% of the money, not a good deal. Since BB mini-check/raised the whole field on the flop you have to assume he has a monster, most likely a set although two-pair isn't impossible since he was in the BB. Against two-pair you have more outs (35% or so) but against a set your outs are decimated (like 16%) so all together you still can't call.
