Guy raised $35, got a call and I reraised to $110 with AA. Original raiser called and other guy folded.
The flop was JT9. I bet $200 and he raised to $700 (had about $200 behind). This is pretty much the same spot you are in. Its a horrible spot but because the pot was raised and reraised, I pushed in. My villain had KK and I won.
I think in the long run, a fold is probably better because in a raised and reraised pot, its doubtful he has AT. AA, TT, 99 and 88 have you crushed. JJ is close to a coinlip. QQ is the only hand you have in really bad shape.
So I think a fold is better, but like I said, in a raised and reraised pot, its very hard to fold. My hand is almost exactly the same as yours. My cards are one card higher and the flop is all one card higher. The only real difference is that I dont have a higher overpair that can beat me like you do.
I almost folded my hand so I think you should fold.Statistics: Posted by iceman5 — Wed Aug 23, 2006 4:01 pm
