#1) A $200 pure bluff I think is insanely rare. Semi-bluffs with 8-10 outs probably aren't.
#2) If you can take some variance, you really shouldn't be afraid of playing the third nuts against a draw.
#3) If he did have AK of hearts, all the more reason you should be reraising. He might figure he has a bit of fold equity (which he doesn't) and push on top, and at the very worst he'll count 15 outs when he only has 9 and call your reraise. He turns an A or K and it's gravy. And besides..... you gave him bad odds on the flop, and can then push him out on the turn before he can outdraw you on the river.
