My thinking here goes a little something like this - The SB bet doesn't scare me much, the players here are very weak and strange, I think he could easily have just an 8 or some PP, I'll raise. Then the UTG flat-calls !!!!!! scary !!!!!! There are no flush draws out and I can't imagine a j/9 or 9/7 limping from UTG, calling a raise and now flat calling so much on an oesd. The flat call here really scares me. I'm at Pacific, so I only get 20 seconds to act with no time bank.
