Hand 1: Party $200NL. I don't have a strong image on this table, simply because I kept walking into slowplayed aces. Villain in this hand hasn't been there long, and played one hand where he stacked someone with KK vs QQ, via a cunningly weak bet that induced a check-raise all in - so I have him down as possibly a bit tricky. I have $209 and villain has $412.
Villain limps from utg+1. I raise with from MP and only villain calls.
Flop: 2 players, $23 and . Villain checks, I bet $15, and he check raises to $35. I have a little think, then call.
Turn: 2 players, $93 and ([7h] ) . Villain checks, I check behind.
River: 2 players, $93 and ([7h] ) . Villain checks.
What range of hands do you put villain on, and what do you do on the river (eg check it down, bet 1/2 pot, full pot, overbet the port)?
I'm interested in any other comments on flop and turn (fold/reraise flop, bet turn).
Hand 2: Party $100NL (6 max). For reference, I have VPIP about 40% and PFR about 20% ... it's fair to say I have an aggressive image. Villain has not played many hands yet. He has $95 and I have him covered with $210. I have in the cut-off and raise a limper to $4. Limper and Villain call. The button, big blind, and limper all call.
Flop: 4 players, $17, and . Villain bets $20, limper folds.
What's your plan of attack for the rest of the hand?Statistics: Posted by Smokin'Al — Sat Mar 05, 2005 1:34 pm
