When he check/calls the turn, this is a great card because it's more likely he has a Ten than a bad Jack and he'll call. A loose player playing the turn like this usually has KT/QT/T8/J8 or diamonds and if paired is just calling in the hope that you have diamonds.
Against someone more sensible, I'd bet more like $40-$49, depending on how sensible I think they are.
