I play live $1/2NL so I'm sure there are more tells at my level than at the higher ones
Maybe not so much a tell, but I have noticed that when many players make a big bet at you on the river and you stare them down for a minute or so he will USUALLY start squirming if he is uncomfortable, aka:bluffing--of course you have to know the player is capable of the big bluff and not acting, but I find that when someone has a genuinely big hand, they almost project calmness
Some players new to live casino poker may feel uncomfortable staring down an opponent (I know I did), but the fact of the matter is, the player you are grilling is way more uncomfortable than you, especially if he is on a bluff. This may make him fidget
A tell that I used to have is that I would say the amount I was betting when I was weak and just bet when I was strong without saying anything. Needless to say I significantly increased my wins when I figured this out.
