I tend to think bluffing people off overpairs is a bad plan below NL200 but with your specific read on this particular guy you obviously have a chance that he will fold.
I think your flop call is probably bad. I think your turn bluff is almost mandatory after calling the flop. You have to justify it somehow right? I don't mind the river push if you really think he was wavering about calling your turn raise.
