i wouldn't go raising the turn there. I would either bet it myself and fold to a raise, or I would call the bet. river is slightly different since you just hit your runner pairs, but still, I would prefer to keep the pot smaller here because of the other possibilities like straight. I think that mistake here is that you are inflating the pot against multiple opponents on which you don't have a read and your holding is li-la..
hand 2.
you're OOP with 2 callers and an overpair.. I don't know, but it's not a crime to check the flop sometimes instead of CBet it cause against 2 players you can check raise it or if it's checked down you can fire the turn.. what I am suggesting is maybe a bit different from what I normally do since I also CB the flop like 99% of the time, but I have recently read and noticed that maybe sometimes I shouldn't CB and this is exactly the situation that I feel doesn't need CB.. who is going to call you here on flop? shorite flopqueen def. and someone who is either very bad and has J9 here feeling happy about it, or someone who has potentially more lethal hand then you do..Statistics: Posted by RedBarracuda — Sat May 19, 2007 1:17 pm
