neilgs79 - $23.28 - BB
SuperHero - $29.65 - UTG
pouic821 - $24.63 - CO
wendybee - $107.19 - OTB
I have a possible target in OTB because he has a nice stack and plays every hand (I am at the table for 10-12 hands). First, I entered the table with half a stack to see and feel the dinamics and in hand 3 or 4 had a confrontation with OTB that looked like this:
SuperHero [7d] in BB with $12.89.. 3 players limp and I check..
Flop [5h][9s] and SB checks, I bet $1, Villain raises to $5.25, all fold and I push cause I have outs and to create an image or something
turn , river ... villain has [Tc] and takes pot with better kicker..
***
Now, 8 hands later I have [2d] UTG and the stacks are from the beginning of the post..
If I hit, Villain is my nr1 target and from what I have seen, he loves to call PF raises in position and can't be bullied easily of a hand post flop... a regular donk you might say.. This is why I limp UTG and everyone else limps... So, we are 5 players to a [Ah][3d] flop.. SB checks, BB checks and I check wanting to trap the villain cause he will overbet 100% of time if checked to and thinking that if someone EVEN has a str8 I have plenty of outs.. RIght.. checked to willain who fires $2 into $1.32 (some dead money from CO in it also).. SB and BB fold and I call wanting some more from him on the turn.. Turn makes my boat with .. Now I am confident that I have him beat and have to think how to double up.. I check again... He bets $3 into $5.12.......
do I push here or raise him enough that if he calls he is committed to call my shove on turn?Statistics: Posted by RedBarracuda — Wed May 30, 2007 5:48 pm
