There exists empirical evidence that to call with PP for a set value one needs at least x10 in implied odds in order to justify the call preflop. As Villian 2 riased to 45 and we have both 450 we barely have implied odds to call, so if we were sure that Villian 1 wouldn't reraise we would be correct to call.
