I personally lead out on these flops, generally, unless I have a 51/20 blufftard on my left. In fact, I lead out those times too. For two reasons;
1) At lower limits, people just don't give you credit for having it. Most people trap with this hand. If they trap, they think you trap.
2) If you have a blufftard still to act behind you, paired boards are a favourite spot of theirs for a min raise. So use that to your advantage but make a proper raise.
This only really works if you have a blufftard behind you. Most of the time, I just lead here, I find I make more like this but more importantly, lose less when I give free cards and people draw out. I learned that the hard way.
