Hand #1, not sure why you're focused on UTG and CO when it is button who is raising and re-raising. If you're lucky button has QQ but I think you will be up against AA/KK here often enought to make it -EV. Still not a horrible play.
Hand #2 you really need to make the raise bigger preflop, then you can just push any non-ace flop when you get these many callers. Buddy-list and move on.

Hand 2 the only problem I have with it is I'd raise it up more PF I'd got to at least 2 if not a little more due to our position.
