I respect your opinion and all but when you get to a situation where you have the third nuts (and the third nut flush on a 3 flush board isn't the same thing because A2s, A3s, A4s, etc. etc. etc. all beat your Qxs) and only 100 BB, imo you should probably never be sure enough that you're beat here unless you've played 1000s of hands with someone. I mean there is just too much of a random "people just aren't that good at poker" factor for me to fold here.
I am all for trusting instincts; but frankly I can not trust my opponents to be good/bad enough to have higher sets here enough to fold. BB could have easily taken a "flier" with 84s or 34s pre flop.
