Hero should raise and often call a shove...it's a super draw-heavy board and he has blockers...

Raise and fold to a shove? If villain is leading with a draw, he's probably shoving it, along with 2 pair, set, str8, pair + draw...
Call and Re-eval turn--not too many happy cards for us in the deck and even if we get one we still don't know where we're at
Folding seems rather weak
A good enough RIO hand example I guess.
