So I would say he should show up with 66 rarely, 99 rarely, Q9 a lot, but also may show up with a draw or KQ/QJ/Q4s sometimes. A donk may even have AA/KK here and think its the nuts.
I kinda want to let this go but I would probably call and re-evalute river. I might block the river. Honestly though I doubt you lose a lot by just folding here and waiting for a better read/better spot.
I think this answer kinda sucks but without even some semblance of a read you could have the nuts or be drawing almost dead.
