2) 4-bet with total junk or Ax that you would otherwise fold (which you will fold to a shove) and big hands you will felt. You should be felting AK and QQ+ against anyone that can 3-bet light and add in JJ and TT against some players.
3) You should rarely cold-call a 3-bet. There are spots where it is OK but in general this isn't great.
4) The raise to $60 is the best play if you not deep. This allows you to bluff cheaper.
5) It depends on the player probably. I don't like shoving because it takes away an opportunity for villain to do something dumb by 5-betting 88 or something.
6) See #2.
7) 22-88 when 3-bet - lean towards folding, especially 22-66 and especially OOP. With 99-JJ I mostly call.
8) AQ is fine to play in position in a 3-bet pot, AJ is OK but gets tricky and AT is no good. Suited AQ and AJ are pretty good hands to call 3-bets with.
