Reads: Haven't played more than 50 hands on the table. BTN seemed pretty loose-passive so far. Again though, small sample. I've been extremely active with raising limpers and open-raising in late positions.
PF: I like open-raising SCs from late positions. They are SEXY!
Flop: Two others on a dangerous flop, so I elect to check with my FD. Anyone stab here? I could easily rep a big hand with a bet I know that. But my thought process was "dangerous flop, two others in pot, I have FD outs, already have one player checked to me, and might scare the other from betting this scary flop as well". Standard?
Turn: I love this card so much !!! Obviously raising to build up the pot and hoping one of them was slowplaying 2-pr or is chasing some draw.
River: I don't like this card so much. He shoved the river pretty quickly. I beat trip Q, but that seems unlikely for calling the turn unless he also had a flush draw with it. I also beat a straight, an overplayed TP, and air.
My initial thought was "river overbet shove on a scare card a lot of times means teh nuts".Statistics: Posted by EscapePlan9 — Thu Mar 27, 2008 6:01 pm
