Bosox will be record-keeper for group 1, and Schuster will be record-keeper for group 2. You both will need to keep track of who played whom when and post at least every two weeks how many win points (games won) and play points (games played) each player in your group has at the time of the post.
Players need to play 2 rated games against each player in their group between now and December 31.
The loser of a match is responsible for posting the result. I think it would also be a good idea for one of the players to post when the game is scheduled--at least if it's not a last minute arrangement.
The rules will be according to my HU league draft. If we make it into season 2 and haven't come up with any revisions to these rules, I'll try to get tetsuo to post the league rules in a separate spot for reference.
At the end of season 1, the first rated groups will be formed, with the top half of each group becoming group 1 and the bottom half becoming group 2. After that, check the rules draft for how you move up or down within the groups. Once we have rated groups, the winner of group 1 every season will hold the title of "reigning btp HU champ."
For now, just to make sure everyone is aware that the league is going, I'll PM all participants.
