As played, I think you have to call the minraise preflop as you're getting 5:1 but i'd prefer to even re-raise here. Minraises in general mean marginal holdings (Ax or KJ/QJ type hands) and you might get him to fold here, if not, he'll fold to your CB unless he hits.
On the flop i'd re-raise to 300 - 400 and see what he does then, but i doubt i'm folding this hand anyway. One thing you did fail to mention though was stack sizes but i'm assuming you're both average stacks here, your hand is way ahead of the range of the average player who will think his AK or KQ is good here, you're also ahead of any other 2 pair hand and the fact you have KT makes both KK and TT fairly unlikely.
