Your probably about 50/50 here. Of course you would know him better than me, but I'm thinking AA-88 as possibilities. You're way ahead of half of these and way behind half of these. AK or AQ are coin flips. If he has any smaller Ace he probably folds. If he has any smaller PP he probably just calls.
Damn tough situation because of your chip stack. If you'd seen him have to turn over some hands it would probably be an easier decision. You'll still have a good sized stack with position.
