Forget what I had. Thoughts on how he played his 9's? It's still the rebuy period, but my table isn't gambling at all and playing it out like a normal freezeout, so he has no reason to think a worse hand'll play back at him besides a big spade draw and his equity against it is bad enough for him to get away.
